Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your order! Because our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Buyer’s Remorse

Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

That said, if you’d like to request a size exchange or replacement, you’re welcome to contact us. Any replacement orders will be processed at the customer’s expense and at our discretion.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sealed goods (such as face masks or similar items) that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Returned sealed items will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Packages that go unclaimed or are returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

  • Unclaimed returns that are not reshipped may be donated to charity without a refund.

Customers in Brazil

If you reside in Brazil, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us and provide photos of the item. Each request is reviewed to confirm the product was not used or damaged. Refunds are not guaranteed.

EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

How to Start a Claim

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@shoeprintdesigns.com before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
